Another interesting book…talking about the anthropology of ‘home’ etc . I need to photocopy the chapter (p. 85) titled “Governing distant times and spaces: It’s all Greek to some” (!) as it discusses some very hot debates about notions of mobility, colonisation etc…i see often that in the counselling relationship, the dynamic of who has invaded or who has been invaded instead in the cultural background of both counsellor and client may be echoing some very subtle energies that remain often unconscious…more to write on that!
